Hot Coupon World has created a database that lists which newspapers have which inserts. This is really helpful so that you do not purchase the Sunday papers and find out that they do not have the inserts you are looking for.
How it works:
Go to the site here
Choose your state from the drop down list
Scroll down to the Newspaper of your choice
It shows whether your paper will have Smart Source, Proctor and Gamble, and Red Plum Inserts.
It also shows the date that it was updated. Some seem outdated to me but it gives you a general idea.
